Easter Yoga and Pilates Weekend Retreat

Easter Weekend in France April 2nd-5th 2010 Take a rejuvenating, refreshing and uplifting Easter weekend away in the lush countryside of Northern France, just three hours from London. During this weekend experienced Pilates Foundation teacher Alicia Moran will be teaching Pilates mat classes and Catherine Annis, a sensitive and experienced yoga teacher will be teaching yoga classes influenced by Vanda Scaravelli. Together they will be exploring how to develop freedom and ease in movement - both in class and in the everyday. There will be 11 classes in total (all classes are optional!), all held in the fantastic huge and airy attic room in the barn, a stunning and inspiring space. There will be plenty of time for relaxation, massage and walking, and accommodation is at The Mill Retreat Centre, a converted Camembert factory, which is nestled beside a huge lake and surrounded by woodlands. It promises to be a magical weekend. We will also be joined by Robert Annis, a very talented and intuitive massage therapist, who will be providing relief for aching muscles.

Early bird price: £395 per person in shared accommodation, if booked by 27th February 2010.

Prices from 1st March 2010 are £455 per person sharing. Single rooms are available for a £125 supplement, but availability is always limited and dependent on group numbers. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
