This class will be tailored to the mature client, making sure that no excessive strain is placed on joints, but that the emphasis is on all the right areas such as posture, maintaining flexibility, strength and tone.
Hands and feet are also enormously important, particularly as we age. We will give you simple exercises to practice at home and maintain health in these joints.
Cushions and props will be available to make sure
you are comfortable and exercises will be adapted to your needs.
