Following your introductory course you may wish to join a level one or two, small group class. Here you will be able to build on the principles you have learnt, increasing strength and flexibility, improving posture and wellness.
Pilates becomes a way of life, a sort of body maintenance. It helps us to be more bodily aware and provides us with essential tools to take into our everyday lives.
You will become familiar with exercises that you can practice wherever you are.
