First you will need to book a 'newcomers' session. This is a private hour and a quarter session with one of our instructors where you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and medical history form. The instructor will discuss with you your concerns/aims and work out a suitable programme for you whilst introducing you to basic pilates principles.

Following this initial session you may book a regular session, meaning you come at the same time each week, or book week by week where there is availability. Once a week is advised, but if you are able to do more you will see the results quicker! These sessions will have a max of 3 people in them and you will continue to be advised and shown your individual exercise programme.
