This methodology systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. Movement stimulates the bodys internal organs and different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated

For anyone wishing to reap the benefits of this amazing system. Exercises will focus on the original Pilates technique which stretches and strengthens to improve posture and well being.
