Small Group Classes schedule August/September

During August and September we are running a special programe of classes in order to make the best possible timetable for October. The idea is that you try out as many classes as you can.

Cost is £14 per session or £120 for unlimited classes for one month 


Pilates for relaxation with Charlie: 17.00-18.00

Feeling uptight, cant sleep, always on edge? This class will focus on stretches and relaxation techniques as well as postural alignment and breathing exercises.

Pilates for Sport with Charlie: 18.00-19.00

Focused on swimmers, runners and cyclists. Typical issues faced are tight hip flexors and quads, weak gluts and hamstrings. Sounds familiar? Come and see how Pilates can help 

Pure Pilates with Charlie: 19.00-20.00

For anyone wishing to reap the benefits of this amazing system. Exercises will focus on the original Pilates technique which stretches and strengthens to improve posture and well being.


Scaravelli inspired Yoga with Judy: 10.00-11.00

‘You do not need to be good at Yoga to practice it” This work is uplifting, rebalancing body, mind and spirit. Focused on using the breath to lengthen and free the spine, connecting to the ground through the feet

Gyrokinesis with Tomasso: 17.00-18.00

This methodology systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. Movement stimulates the bodys internal organs and different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated.


Scaravelli inspired Yoga with Judy: 18.00-19.00


Pilates and Dance with Charlie: 14.00-15.00

Missing the disco days? Dance trained Charlie will be integrating simple dance moves into this core Pilates class so your body cab reap the benefits of movement.

Stretch therapy with Jaime: 18.00-19.00

Stretch Therapy (ST)** is a comprehensive system that includes stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation. The goals are grace and ease, and this is experienced as enhanced awareness and elegance in movement.


Pure Pilates with Andrea: 10.45-11.45
