Monitor Your Tension
Our Studio Features section offers ways you can improve your health and fitness in your work place or home. "Monitor your tension" demonstrates two simple stretching exercises that you can do at your desk.
 |
exercise 1:
- Stretch out your arms and place both hands gently on top of your computer monitor. (Press very little weight on the monitor!)
- Remain sitting straight while slowly letting your body drop forward from the waist.
- Lower your head down but keep your back stright.
- Take your time to relax and breathe.
