Hidden Hip Stretch
Our Studio Features section offers ways you can improve your health and fitness in your work place or home. The "Hidden hip stretch" is a good pose if you're feeling self-conscious about doing yoga at your desk - no one needs to know.
But as subtle as it is, do not underestimate the benefits of this Yoga pose. It can really help to relieve lower back pain.

- While sitting in a chair, cross your left leg over your right and rest it just above your right knee.
- Maintain an upright posture and a relaxed body.
- Apply pressure on the crossed knee with your left elbow or left palm. You should immediately feel a deep stretch.
- When you have had enough, switch sides.
