1 A newcomers session is always taken privately. Subsequent sessions are taken with a maximum of 3 people at a time.

2 Introductory course is a newcomers session plus 4 single sessions (saving of £30!)

3 Only for clients attending twice a week.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the full fee will be charged.

Opening times

Mon - Fri 8.15am - 7.45pm (last appt.)
Sat 9.15am - 4.45pm (last appt.)
Sun 9.45am - 3.15pm (last appt.)

Classes last 1hr 15mins and run throughout the day. By appointment only.
